Applied Nano Technology Science, Inc. attended trade show SEMICON Taiwan 2018 at Nankang, Taipei, Taiwan R.O.C. to demonstrate Rotary Feedthrough, End Block for Rotary Target and VCA (Visual Contact Angle Analyzer). Rotary feedthrough is coupled with a unique Leakage Detector to inform customer the usage of life time. With such information, customer can customized Rotary Feedthrough life time via applications and process conditions to meet requirements of emerging Green Products and Intellectual Manufacturing. End Block for Rotary Target is also designed to improve material utilization, to extend maintenance interval and to reduce particle generation, with all above aiming to benefit customers manufacturing structure and product capability.
