Magnetic Feedthrough

Magnetic Feedthrough utilize magnetic fluid combined with a special magnetic circuit design to form a sealing mechanism similar to a "liquid O-ring." This simultaneously addresses the needs of shaft rotation and cavity sealing, making them widely used in various sealed cavities requiring power transmission. Magnetic Feedthrough feature low friction, low dust, high reliability, and long service life, making them particularly suitable for vacuum process equipment in high-tech industries. Through Magnetic Feedthrough, users can transmit the rotation of an external motor to the process cavity to drive various mechanical components or robotic arms.

 

Based on over a decade of design experience using nanotechnology and through repeated trials, we have successfully mastered the design principles of Magnetic Feedthrough. We are now able to independently design magnetofluidic shaft seals that meet the specific needs of different application environments. This breakthrough is a significant boost to Taiwan's equipment manufacturing industry, providing not only a localized option for component procurement but also serving as a core starting point for the localization of all equipment production.

Visual Contact Angle

The Visual Contact Angle (VCA) is a stable and accurate contact angle analyzer primarily used for measuring the surface energy of liquid-solid interfaces. This analyzer is based on a stable optical system, precise droplet actuators, and well-designed image analysis software.

 

By analyzing liquid contact angles, we can quickly determine surface characteristics such as surface cleanliness and pretreatment adequacy, and it is widely used in wafer cleaning, wafer packaging, and wafer dicing. VCA is not limited to testing a single type of liquid; it can also be used for the testing and development of photoresists.

 

Data obtained from VCA has long been used as a benchmark for various advanced semiconductors. Long-term experimental data and academic papers demonstrate the stability and accuracy of this technology. Compared to all competing products, our VCA offers a significant advantage in terms of the stability required by the industry. Furthermore, in addition to applications in the semiconductor industry, VCA, with its excellent measurement results, is now also a powerful tool in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, and biomedical engineering.
